To travel to Mexico by land, you will need your Drivers License Or State ID AND an original Birth Certificate (or notorized copy) or other valid travel document if you do not have a passport.

However, please note a passport will soon be required for all persons traveling internationally by land.  They are already required for international travel by air.  We strongly urge you to get a passport as soon as possible.
