Staffing

SWAT is always looking for exceptionally responsible and energetic individuals to travel with the trip participants on our tours, alongside our employees and hired personnel. Every year we select up to 100 people for our volunteer staff positions from a pool of 400+ applicants. To staff the high school programs, you must be at least 21 years of age. To staff college programs you must be at least 24 years of age and previously staffed a high school program. All potential staffers will be required to attend mandatory staff training and background check.
